1. The main way to place an order is to properly fill the order form and send it to us by clicking SEND ORDER button. You can order 24 hours a day.

2. Writing down e-mail address or telephone number will enable us to confirm Your order. Notice that we have a right to deny accepting an order when we will not have the ability to confirm the order (no telephone number or e-mail address on the order form).

4. Prices of items are expressed in GBP and include proper tax.

5. Invoices are drawn up at the request of companies as well as private customers. Invoice or receipt will be drawn when all items ordered will be ready to be send.

6. Claims of refund will be recognized on the basis of invoice or receipt.

7. Items can be returned during 14 days, counting from the day You have received it. It has to be in a perfect state – not worn, with original labels. You should also add given receipt or invoice as well as packing. We guarantee the refund (returning money for the item) when all conditions are fulfilled. Cost of delivery the item to us will not be refunded.
